You should use Izmit- Adapazarı highway for getting to Pamukkale from Istanbul. Then you should turn in the direction of Bilecik and drive straight in the direction of Afyon. Along this road you can follow how many km left to get to Pamukkale. There are many roadside restaurants and petrol stations along the road.
After getting to Afyon you should go directly from Dinar turnout. After driving along Dinar you will see Pamukkale signboards. You can find Denizli turnout after driving for 8 km along Pamukkale turnout. The road will probably take 9-10 hours with private car. If you stop by a roadside restaurant, this duration will be longer.

By bus:

In order to get to Pamukkale you can use buses departing from both Istanbul Esenler and Harem. If you travel with bus companies like Pamukkale and Metro you can be in Denizli within 10 hours.

 By airlines:

There are direct flights from Istanbul Atatürk and Sabiha Gökçen Airports to Pamukkale. Thanks to this, you can easily travel to Pamukkale by plane. It takes approximately 1 hour.

 By railway:

You can go to Denizli by getting on Pamukkale express. If the train does not delay it takes 12-13 hours. This is the longest journey.
